• We only upload the puppy we have on hand. We do NOT use Photoshop to visually alter the appearance of the puppy. We do not use a stock photo to give the wrong impression of the actual puppy you see on our site. *All deposits are refundable within 30 to 60 days if you decide to cancel the purchase. Therefore, be sure to add the puppy as a family member before committing to a deposit.

• Transportation cost is $250 for all airport pick-up and home delivery in the US. Visit the Shipping Services Page of our website for further information or different shipping options. Home delivery in Canada requires an extra fee ($350).

• Deposit is good for 7 – 30 days to reserve the initial puppy. Therefore, after 30 days, the puppy is no longer held and you will be refunded. All refunds take 30 to 60 days (Please speak to our representative for further details) * After making a reservation, you have to pay the rest of the money within 30 days. There is a very high demand for our puppies, so if your preferred puppy is sold, we would be thrilled to find you a similar one.
