How To Adopt Your New Puppy
Step 1. Inquire the baby of your choice either by phone call or email.
Step 2. Pay for your puppy or contact us for reservation (50% deposit is required to reserve a puppy).
Step 3. Sign our contract
Step 4. Once shipping arrangements has been made (Nanny services are available for $350 for buyers in Canada), full payment is required to be cleared prior to delivering your baby.
Step 5. Each puppy will be taken to our certified vet by us to get his/her health exam. A health certificate is required for travel and a copy of the health certificate will be sent to you. Usually a puppy will be delivered within 3 to 7 days from that date of deposit and also depending on the flight nanny delivery schedule. We have the right to hold a puppy for longer than estimated delivery date if we feel the puppy is not ready to go and cancellation will be accepted. We have a cancellation policy, please understand that after payment has been made that payment REFUNDABLE only with a good reason.
Step 6. One of our caring and competent In Flight nannies will take the utmost care of your baby from pick up all the way to delivery. Please note you are on their schedules. So please remember to be understanding of their time frames.

Step 1. Go to the puppy’s profile
Step 2. Add the puppy to your cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button
Step 3. View your selected puppy(s) by clicking the CHECKOUT button
Step 4. Put in your billing address, billing or delivery address.
Step 5. Click PLACE ORDER.
Your order is complete! Now contact us directly from our website or email for payment information within 24H.
